Terms and Conditions

Please carefully read the Terms and Conditions for the Prepaid Autopay (AP) option: By enrolling in, using, or paying for Beyond Mobile (“Company”) service by AP, you agree to these terms and conditions. If these Terms and Conditions are not acceptable to you, please notify Beyond Mobile immediately at billing@beyondmobile.com.

Company provides access to products and services through its Site which may be offered by third-parties. The terms of sale of any of the products and services offered by Beyond Mobile are governed by (i) any Agreement you have entered into by and between you and Company, (ii) by any other express terms provided to you by Company, or (iii) by the manufacturers or providers of such products and services (collectively, the “Terms of Sale”). Except as set forth in the Terms of Sale, Company does not warrant those products and services and does not endorse them. Company shall not be responsible or be liable for the actions, products, services of any third-party offered through the Site. Company does not warrant the information, graphic depictions or product and service descriptions provided by any such third-parties. Any data plans and features offered with any product and service sold on the Site, are subject to the terms and conditions of use offered by the provider of such plans and features and changes may apply for data sent or received. You acknowledge that you have read all Terms of Sale and agree to be bound by them.

1. AP Enrollment

a. I authorize Company to treat my electronic signature as evidence of my consent to save my payment information and initiate electronic payment transactions from my designated debit card, or credit card account. My authorization via electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten signature on a paper-formatted contract.
b. I understand that AP enrollment applies to the bank, debit card, or credit card account that I designate.
c. Each month, I authorize Company to automatically charge my credit card/debit card or debit my bank account, as applicable, for the amount of the rate plan less any applicable discounts, plus taxes and fees. The AP charge or debit will be made up to 7 days prior to the due date to avoid service interruption. An electronic receipt will be emailed to the billing email on file.
d. To cancel autopay, select the “Cancel Autopay” option from your account dashboard or email billing@beyondmobile.com
e. I understand that by enrolling in the AP option I also agree to Paper Free Billing.
f. I understand that if there is a change to my bank or card account information, including expiration date, I must sign in to my account at stocked.com or email billing@beyondmobile.com to update the AP enrollment information.
g. I understand that Company may receive updated card information from the financial institution issuing the card.
h. Company and participating financial institutions reserve the right to terminate my participation in this payment option at any time, as authorized by applicable law.
i. From time to time, Company may revise these Terms and Conditions. Company will provide notice of such revisions by posting revisions to the website or to the Account Dashboard. Material revisions to the Terms and Conditions shall be effective no sooner than 30 days after posting on the Company website at www.beyondmobile.com/terms. If you do not agree to Company’s revision(s), you must terminate your AP enrollment immediately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. By continuing to use AutoPay after revisions are in effect, you accept and agree to all revisions.
